This month’s white wine pairing consists of pan seared
After my tasty wine “visit” to Sicily (read about it here), my glass is still full of Italian Wine. But now, I’m “visiting” Emilia-Romagna and tasting oft reviled, yet misunderstood Lambrusco.
So yes, we all love our Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Riesling. Even Chenin Blanc (one of my faves) gets a fair amount of love. But what about the other white varieties
